The eleven will play West Point at West Point this afternoon. So far this year West Point has made a poor showing. At the beginning of the season plenty of good material was found, but the men have failed to put enough life in the play and the team has developed very slowly. It seems probable that Harvard will at least equal the score of 18 to 0 made last year. The West Point record so far is as follows: West Point 5, Tufts 0; West Point 0, Penn. State 0; West Point 28, Trinity 0; West Point 11, De La Salle 0.
The line-up will probably be as follows, that of West Point being doubtful: The team and substitutes started for West Point yesterday afternoon, taking the Fall River boat for New York. Before leaving, the men were divided into two teams and were given a half-hour of signal practice on Soldiers Field. The work was very fast and vigorous and the plays were run off accurately. Ellis did no work, but was taken with the team as his leg is well enough to permit his playing. Brayton and Putnam were also taken.
