At a meeting of the Board of Overseers held yesterday morning, it was voted to concur with the President and Fellows in their votes appointing James Atkins Noyes a member of the University Council, and also in electing Benjamin Lincoln Robinson, Ph.D., Gray professor of systematic botany. A committee of three was appointed to act jointly with a committee of the Corporation to consider the subject of the franchise in voting for Overseers.
