Mr. Conried, director of the Irving Place German Theatre of New York, has offered to give a performance of a classical play in Cambridge during the winter for the benefit of the new Germanic Museum. He will do this at his own expense, bringing the best actors of his company and all the scenery. The dress rehearsal and the single performance will be given in Sanders Theatre. Mr. Conried has done a similar service this winter for the University of Pennsylvania.
