The following letter has been received from the Navy Department at Washington, D. C.:--

To the Editor of the Crimson:

DEAR SIR:--In reply to your letter of the 4th instant, in which you request information as to the whereabouts of the colors and cup presented to the cruiser "Harvard" by the students of Harvard University during the war with Spain, I have to inform you that these articles are now in the museum at the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Md.
