About fifty men went out on the last hare and hounds run yesterday afternoon. S. H. Bush '01 and D. Grant 3M., were the bares, and H. B. Clark '01 was master of the hounds. A course of about four miles was laid through Somerville and finally to Porter's Station, where the break was made. C. J. Swan '01 finished first, H. S. Knowles '02 second, and G. E. Behr '03 third. Cups will be given to the first and second men.
This was the final hare and hounds run, but cross country runs will be held for the next two or three weeks.
