The first smoke-talk of the newly organized Civil Service Reform Club will be held at the Colonial Club this evening at 7.30. Professors Strobel and Macvane will speak informally on interesting subjects. These smoke-talks are open to members and their friends, and any member of the University who wishes to join the club may be enrolled at tonight's meeting upon the payment of the initiation fee of one dollar.
