Pierian Sodality Concerts.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Pierian Sodality has recently arranged the following concerts in addition to those previously announced: February 19, Phillips Academy, Andover; March 1, 999 Artillery, Boston; March 30, University Club, Boston.

The concert at Andover will differ from any others given this year, in that it will be arranged and directed entirely by the Pierian, and that the proceeds will be for its benefit. If this arrangement is a success, the concert will be given annually hereafter. The Pierian will be assisted by L. P. Burnham '02, celloist and the vocal numbers will be given by M. J. Tobey '01.

The annual mid-year trial of candidates for the Pierian Sodality will be held in Holden Chapel on Monday evening, February 4 at 7 o'clock. Every one in the University who plays an orchestral instrument, is requested to come out for this trial. Those who wish to try and cannot come at this time, should send their names to F. F. Collier, 12 Oxford Street.
