In pursuance of the regular plan for fall rowing, after Tuesday's regatta graded crews were picked at the Weld. These crews began rowing yesterday, and will continue in training until the middle of November, when races will be arranged with corresponding crews at the Newell. The Newell crews, which have been rowing for some time with no regular make-up, will be graded this afternoon. There will be two crews at each boat-house, and more if a sufficient number of men continue rowing.

Yesterday the Weld crews rowed in the following order:

First Crew. -- Stroke, G. Bancroft (Brownell); 7, H. Bancroft; 6, Bullard; 5, Wood; 4, Stanton; 3, Griswold; 2, Brownell (G. Bancroft); bow, Shephard.

Second Crew--Stroke, Hart (Locke); 7, Brainard; 6, Burton; 5, Ivins; 4, Kidner; 3, Brooks; 2, Movius; bow, Bolling.
