The Faculty of Arts and Sciences has appointed the following men to hold the Austin scholarships:

Robert Edwin Gaines A.M., Professor of Mathematics in Richmond College since 1890. On leave of absence for one year.

Ernest Felix Langley, A.B., Instractor in French in Dartmouth College since 1896. On leave of absence for one year.

Charles Vancouver Piper, M.S., Professor of Biology in the Washington Agricultural College and School of Science since 1893.

Alfred Reynold Wightman, A.M., Associate in Latin at the Morgan Park Academy, Illinois.

At the last meeting of the last academic year the Faculty of Arts and Sciences appointed the following men to graduate fellowships and scholarships. Rogers Fellowship,  S. B. Fay. Morgan Fellowship,  A. C. L. Brown 3G. Shattuck Scholarship,  J. A. Lester 2G. Townsend Scholarship,  C.N. Jackson 1G. Townsend Scholarship,  J. T. Clark 1G. Thayer Scholarship,  W. J. Hale 1G.
