Football Rules Committee.

The Football Rules Committee met at the University Athletic Club in New York on Saturday. This will probably be the last meeting for this year. The committee was originally called together for the colleges by the University Athletic Club to discuss proposed changes in football playing rules. No really radical alterations have been made but the rules have been revised and made more definite. A copy of them, as at present prepared, will be taken to each college by its member of the committee, and the final vote will be taken without any further meetings of the committee.
