The first annual debate between the Freshman and Sophomore classes will be held this evening at 7.30 in Fogg Lecture Room. The question for debate will be: "Resolved, That the United States should abandon its policy of international isolation." The Freshman speakers will be J. C. Mangan, D. C. Hirsch, J. H. A. Symonds and V. Custis, alternate. The Sophomore speakers will be R. D. Crane, E. E. Sargeant, J. A. Richards and A. L. Richards, alternate. Professors G. P. Baker, and E. Cummings and Mr. J. J. Hayes will act as judges. Dean L. B. R. Briggs will preside.
After the debate the Sophomore Debating Club will give a smoker at the Colonial Club to which all Sophomores are invited.
