The regular debate will be held tonight at 7 in Sever 11 on the question: "Resolved, That if it were possible a reasonable property qualification for the exercise of the municipal franchise in the United States would be desirable." The speakers for the affirmative will be A. B. Chandler and C. S. Gilman; and for the negative, H. M. Chase and J. E. McGawley.
After the debate a smoker will be held in Conant 40, in honor of the team which represented the club in the inter-club debate with the Freshmen. All Sophomores, whether members of the club or not, who are interested in debating are invited to attend this smoker.
