The Freshman-Sophomore inter-class debate will be held on Monday, May 16. The question proposed by the Sophomores has been accepted and the trial debates to choose the two teams will be on the same question as the one for the debate. It is: "Resolved, That the United States should abandon its policy of international isolation."

The Freshmen will hold two trials to select their speakers, probably on April 25 and May 2. The first trial for the selection of the Sophomore team will be held on Thursday, May 5 Each man will be limited to five minutes and if the judges think best the team will be selected at once. If not a second trial will be held on May 9. This will be the first inter-class debate ever held at Harvard.
