HUA Election Will Feature No Referenda or Survey Questions
A meeting of the senior class was called last evening at 7.30 in Holden, for the annual election of officers. The following named officers were elected : C. J. Hubbard, president; E. S. Rousmaniere, vice-president; H. V. Hayes, secretary; R. D. Winthrop, captain of the eleven; W. Fuller, captain of the nine. It was voted also that the action of the crew in electing Mr. Burch their captain be ratified. Mr. Burch then explained the need of a new set of oars, which were immediately voted. Mr. Rousmaniere, on behalf of the committee on heliotype albums, stated that the price was reduced to $12 in case of one hundred subscribers, one-half of which number has already been obtained. It was then moved and carried that committees of two each from the Hasty Pudding Club, the Pi Eta and the non-society men should meet to draw up the rules of procedure for the election of class day officers.
