Lieut. Wirt S. Robinson, instructor in military science and tactics, has been ordered by the War Department to join his regiment on July 19.
He is to be succeeded by M. L. Hersey, first lieutenant 12th U. S. Infantry. Lieut Hersey graduated from West Point in 1887 and then became instructor in military science at the Maine State College at Orono, Me. He is now at Ft. Niobara, Nebraska.
