Yesterday afternoon, before practice, Reginald Fincke was elected permanent captain of the Freshman nine. He has been acting as temporary captain of the squad, and last year captained the Hotchkiss School nine.
This afternoon the Freshman nine will play the 'Varsity on Holmes Field at 3.15 p. m. The make-up of the nine will probably be as follows: c, Milne; p., McDonald; 1b.; Kendall; 2b., Fincke; 3., Robinson; s. s., Cropley; l. f., Quincy; c. f., Whittemore; r. f., Jaynes.
