Since the opening of the Fogg Art Museum in October Professor Moore has been constantly adding to the collection of photographs, and it is now the most extensive in this country, containing in all about 15,000. Additions are constantly being made, and some very important collections will soon be received, among which is an exhaustive collection of Venetian photographs. Dr. Richardson. of the American School of Classical Study at Athens is now collecting photographs of everything of interest in that city. When these two collections arrive the facilities of the Fine Arts Department for illustrating Greek, and Roman architecture will be unequalled in this country. Within a few days about two hundred lantern slides, illustrating classical subjects, have been received.
