The Ninety-seven crew rowed in the usual order yesterday afternoon. It was intended to give the new shell a trial but the plan was given up as the boat has not been paid for. In order to pay for it, an additional $200 must be raised and every member of the class is urged to contribute something, however small, toward the debt. Subscriptions may be handed to any one of the men who are canvassing. The make up of the eight yesterday was as follows: Stroke, Watson; 7, Wrightington; 6, White; 5, Kernan; 4, Dunlop; 3, Chatman; 2, Cornwell; bow, Rantoul.
