Attention is called to the following courses to be offered during the second half-year by Mr. W. M. Lindsay, Fellow of Jesus College, Oxford.

Primarily for Graduates.302 hf. Plautus, with Study of the Captivi Half-course (second half-year). Mon., Wed., Fri., at 10. Mr. W. M. Lindsay.

For Graduates and Undergraduates.142 hf. Latin Grammar (Sounds and Inflections) treated in connection with Greek Grammar. Half-course (second half-year). Tu., Th., Sat., at 12. Mr. W. M. Lindsay.

Descriptions of these courses may be obtained at the office of the Publication Agent, University Hall. Those who purpose to elect either of these courses are requested to state their intention, in writing, to Professor J. W. White, 18 Concord avenue, not later than Jan 8.

Mr. Lindsay, although a young man, ranks among the greatest of English students of the Latin language and of Roman Comedy. His contributions to textual criticism and to the history of the Latin language mark him as one fitted to give the courses of Professor Allen.
