The announcement of subjects for the weekly meetings of the Prospect Union contains three very interesting lectures, two by professors in the University. The subjects are:

May 6.- Semi-annual election of officers and chairmen of committees. Light refreshments will be served at the close of the meeting.

May 13.- Mycenae and Tiryns. Illustrated by stereopticon views. Professor W. W. Goodwin. Ladies' night.

May 20.- Representative Government. Mr. Edwin D. Mead, editor of the New England Magazine and President of the Twentieth Century Club.

May 27.- Tropical Vegetation. Illustrated by stereopticon views. Professor G. L. Goodale. Some tropical plants will be shown. Ladies' night.

The weekly meetings are held in the lecture hall of the Prospect Union, 744 Massachusetts avenue, Wednesday evenings at 8 o'clock. Men, whether members of the Union or not, are cordially invited to these meetings. On ladies, night women are also invited.
