Representatives of the large universities will meet at the University Athletic Club in New York on Saturday, Feb. 19, for the purpose of again revising the football rules.
Some time ago those interested in the game at the various universities in the East recognized that some action was necessary, and requested the University A. C. to call a meeting. Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Cornell and Pennsylvania have been invited.
It is very likely that the same men will be called upon to serve as representatives on the rules committee as composed it at the last two meetings, when the following were the members: Walter Camp of Yale, Alex. Moffatt of Princeton, J. C. Bell of Pennsylvania, Joseph S. Sears of Harvard, L. M. Denniss of Cornell, and Paul Dashiel of the United States Naval Academy, as delegate-at-large.
