At the regular meeting of the Intercollegiate Athletic Association which will be held in February, several important matters will be discussed, since the special committee of the association, at a meeting held during the Christmas recess, decided to submit three amendments.

The first provides that no change either in the events or in the order of events can be made without a year's notice of the change; the second, that hereafter a second place shall count three points instead of two a third two, and a fourth one point. The last amendment has to do with restriction upon summer playing.
