Hon. Charles J. Bonaparte of Baltimore will deliver a lecture on "Bosses and Rings" in Sanders Theatre tonight at 8 p. m. Mr. Bonapartre graduated from Harvard in '71, and has for several years been an Overseer. He has been one of the leaders of the civil service reform movement, and was recently at the head of the movement that defeated Senator Gorman in Maryland. Mr. Bonaparte is a most interesting speaker, and from his practical experience in "Civic Duties and Reforms," is most eminently qualified to speak on such subjects.
This is to be the first of the series of six lectures on "Civic Duties and Reforms" to be delivered in Sanders Theatre during the winter and spring. These lectures are open to the public.
