Professor Goodwin, Eliot Professor of Greek Literature, and Professor Greenough of the Latin Department, who were taking their sabbatical years have returned to college and will resume their courses for 1897-98. Professor Munsterberg, Professor of Experimental Psychology, and Mr. Santayana, Instructor in Philosophy, who have also been away on leave of absence will also take charge of their former courses.
The following members of the Facutly are taking sabbatical years for 1897-98: C. L. Smith, Professor of Latin; E. S. Sheldon, Professor of Romance Philology; P. H. Hanus, Professor of History; H. K. Schilling, Professor of German; and R. Thaxter, Professor of Cryptogamic Botany.
