The 'Varsity boat race at Poughkeepsie on June 25 was won by Cornell, Yale second. Cornell's time was 20m. 34s. The winning crew finished three lengths ahead of Yale, which was five lengths ahead of Yale, which was five lengths ahead of Harvard. Cornell rowed splendidly throughout and crossed the line in excellent condition.
