The past season of the College Nine has been, on the whole, successful. The nine has won 7 out of its 13 games and scored 100 runs to its opponents' 61. At the beginning of the year the nine started out well with six straight victories to its credit, but towards the end, meeting much stronger teams, it lost six out of the seven remaining games, all but one by very close scores.
