RACES POSTPONED.

The four-oared barge race was the only one which was rowed yesterday afternoon at the time appointed. All the other events had to be postponed owing to the rough water. They will be rowed off at 5 this afternoon, the class race first, probably, in the positions announced yesterday, and the Weld immediately after. The positions of the Weld crews will be as follows: '97 outside, next in order '99 and 1900, and next the wall '98.

Men who hought tickets for the referee's tug yesterday can get tickets for today by applying at the CRIMSON office before 12 o'clock. If any tickets are left they will be sold.

A tug will again be chartered for the class of 1900 if fifty Freshmen buy tickets at Sanborn's before 12 o'clock. Price, 75 cents. Money will be refunded if a sufficient number of tickets are not taken. The '99 tug has not been reengaged.

Both tugs will leave the West Boston Bridge at 4.30 sharp.
