The Harvard Forum will hold its regular weekly debate this evening in University 16, at 7.30 o'clock. The question is: "Resolved, That the next Republican administration shoul enact a tariff law increasing the duties on imports." The principal disputants are: Affirmative, G. Thomas '96 and R. B. Sprague '97; F. R. Steward '96 and H. W. Foote '97. The debate will be open to the public. Please note the change in place of meeting.
