The Board of Overseers at their adjourned meeting on May 5 voted to concur with the President and Fellows in their vote electing Joseph Henry Beale, professor of law from Sept. 1, 1897. Messrs. Folsom, Grant and Bancroft were appointed a committee to have charge of the next election of overseers.
