At the annual May meeting of the Foxcroft Dining Association held last evening, an amendment to the constitution was passed to the effect that the election of the president, secretary and treasurer, by Australian ballot, shall take place on the Monday following the annual May meeting; that the other eight members of the board of directors shall be elected, by plurality, on the day following the election of the aforesaid officers.
According to this amendment nominations were made last night for the officers who will be elected next Monday.
