A number of changes have been made lately in the makeup of the junior and intermediate crews. At present the juniors are rowing in the following order: Stroke, Harding 1900; 7, Dinsmore '99; 6, Millard '98; 5, Wood '98; 4, Davis '99; 3, Bigelow '99; 2, Stoddard '99; bow, Robinson '98. The order of the intermediates is as follows: Stroke, Dobyns '98; 7, DuBois '98; 6, Garrett '99; 5, Coleman '99; 4, Bancroft '97; 3, Butler '98; 2, Nichols L. S.; bow, Pierce 1900.
L. Coleman '99 has been elected permanent captain of the intermediate and P. Davis '99 of the junior crew.
The call issued for candidates for a third crew was responded to by fifteen men. J. Norton '99 was elected temporary captain. The men were divided into squads and given practice in four-oared barges. They will go into a shell some time this week.
The race with B. A. A. will take place Friday afternoon at 5.30. The start will be made at the Union Boat Club and the race rowed up stream. Both the juniors and intermediates will compete. The prizes will be cups and a banner.
