The play which will be given by the Cercle next year will in all probability be "L'Amour Medecin" by Moliere. The play will be given in December instead of the spring as has been the custom for the last two years. It is though that December is a much more fitting time to give the play, in that there are so many theatrical performances in the spring.
The report of the manager of the Cercle play shows that the profits from "Le Medecin Malgre Lui" were over $700. According to the custom of the Cercle in past years, one hundred dollars will be presented to the French Department for the departmental library.
