'99 Crew.

The '99 crew rowed in the tank yesterday afternoon. Their work showed the same general tendencies as formerly, the inclination to hang at the full reach being still marked.

McDuffie rejoined the squad yesterday. His presence should materially strengthen the crew, as he makes a very reliable 7. He has been with the 'Varsity until lately.

The first crew rowed in the following order: Stroke, Sampson; 7, McDuffie; 6, Swift; 5, Whitbeck; 4, Coonley; 3, Duffield; 2, Richardson; bow, watson.

McDuffie, Coonley and Watson then got out, Whitbeck going to 7, Donald going in at 4, Farley at 5, and Dibblee at bow. McDuffle, Swift and Dibblee did the coaching.
