Arbitration Treaty Petition.

A petition is being circulated among the officers and instructors of different departments of the University, expressing an approval of the Arbitration Treaty, and a hope that it will be ratified as it now stands. Though a large number of names have already been signed, the petition will not be sent in to the senate until it has been submitted to almost every one.
