The first of the series of debates between the Union and the Forum will take place this evening at 7.30 in Sever 11. The question is, "Resolved, That the conduct of the United States Senate in recent years justifies the conclusion that it has suffered a permanent deterioration." The Union has the affirmative and will be represented by R. E. Olds '97 and J. P. Hall L. S. The Forum speakers are W. E. Hutton L, S. and W. S. Youngman L. S. E. H. Warren will preside. No decision will be rendered.
