Rev. Charles Cuthbert Hall, D. D., who has just been called to the presidency of Union Theological Seminary, New York, is to edit the American edition of The Expositor, the first number of which will be published on Feb. 1, by Dodd, Mead and Company.

The Expositor is a purely theological magazine. Among the contributors to the first number are Rev. Professor T. K. Cheyne, D. D., of Oxford, and Rev. A. M. Fairbairn, D. D., LL. D., Principal of Mansfield College, Oxford.
