An Address by Mr. Bonaparte.

Mr. Charles J. Bonaparte of Baltimore who graduated in the class of '71, and has been for several years one of the Board of Overseers of the University, will deliver an address March 23 under the auspices of the Civil Service Reform Club. He will speak on some subject connected with Civil Service Reform.

Mr. Bonaparte has long taken an active part in the Reform movement, and is a members of the Executive Committee of the National League. He has moreover a wide-spread reputation as a speaker.
