The Universities of Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Chicago and Purdue, and Northwestern in a meeting at Chicago last week adopted the following:

Existing athletic regulations are to be altered regadless of the eastern colleges.

A four year limit to be placed upon college athletics.

Preparatory students to be barred from college athletics.

Games with colleges not parties to the agreement to be regarded as "practice games."

"Summer nines" to be discouraged.

Rough football to be further eliminated by the abolition of mass plays.
