Dress Rehearsal of "Athalie."

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The first and only dress reheasal of the French Department play, "Athalie," went off last night with a fair amount of smoothness, in spite of a few stumbles.

The costumes are as beautiful and as appropriate as the music. They were detained at the Custom House so long that they did not arrive at Sanders Theatre until 7; so that the rehearsal was twenty minutes late in beginning.
