Higley, J. A. H. Beach; Executive Committee, W. D. Bourne, F. R. Ayre, Frederick Wallace, J. H. Hardy, and R. D. Dresser; Memorial Committee, George Shaw, Paul Bartlett, J. A. H. Beach.
