The ninth shoot in the handicap series was held yesterday afternoon. The scores were: Sargent, 24; DuPont, 20; R. Sterling, 20; Dove, 17; G. Kinnicutt, 14; and F. Kinnicutt, 13.

The totals of those who have shot eight times so far are as follows: DuPont, 194; Sargent, 176; R. Sterling, 174; G. Kinnicutt, 167; and Dove, 167.

The tenth shoot in the series will be held Monday next.
