The two-mile handicap bicycle race in connection with the 'Varsity track games will take place this afternoon at 3 o'clock, at the Charles River Park track. The officials are: Referee, H. C. Burdett '98; judge at finish, F. H. Bigelow 1L.; starter, W. R. Brinckerhoff 1M.; time keeper, J. G. Lathrop.
