Yesterday morning L. E. Ware '99, and M. D. Whitman '99, easily defeated H. Ward 1900, and D. Davis 1900, in the finals of the doubles in the tennis tournament, thus winning the right to represent Harvard at the Intercollegiate next week.

After the match the drawings were made between the teams who are to play for second place, and resulted as follows:

H. Ward 1900, and D. Davis 1900 vs. E. R. Marvin '99, and H. Shaw '99. J. D. Forbes '99, and W. M. Scudder '99, to play the winners.

In the afternoon the first match was played and resulted in a victory for Ward and Davis. The finals between Ward and Davis. The finals between Ward and Davis and Forbes and Scudder will be played this morning at Longwood.
