Rev. Andrew Oliver, professor of the literature and interpretation of the New Testament in the general Theological Seminary, New York city, died yesterday. He was born in 1824, and was graduated from Harvard in 1842. He had been connected with the seminary since 1873, and was well known as a biblical scholar.
