Mr. Lehmann has definitely decided to sail for America by the White Star Steamer Teutonic which sails on October 27. On landing in New York he will proceed immediately to Boston where he is expected on Nov. 3.
Mr. Lehmann will be accompanied by Mr. Henry Willis, a well-known oarsman, who rowed on the Eton eight when at school and has rowed number 3 on Leander for two years. In '95 Mr. Willis won the Grand Challenge Cup and this year rowed on the Leander four as well as on the eight. He will assist Mr. Lehmann in the coaching this fall.
Another Englishman, Claude Goldie, number 7 on Leander and probable stroke of the Cambridge eight this year, is expected a fortnight later.
