HUA Election Will Feature No Referenda or Survey Questions
The candidates for the Freshman football team met yesterday on Soldiers Field for the first time. Forty-four men appeared dressed to play. The candidates were divided into five squads, with J. W. Hallcwell, C. D. Daly, E. J. Putnam, J. W. Kendall and S. G. Ellis as squad captains. The men were given light practice in falling on the ball, tackling and getting down the field.
Hugh Blythe of St. Marks has been appointed manager of the team.
