On Tuesday, January 19, at eight o'clock, a series of lantern slides from photographs of the Charles River will be exhibited by the Old Cambridge Photographic Club at Brattle Hall, for the benefit of the Social Union.

During the past season, the members of the club have made a collection of pictures of the Charles, to illustrate its beauties and the points of interest upon its banks. The entire course of the river has been covered and about two hundred and fifty pictures have been obtained, from which a selection has been made for lantern slides. The exhibition will be accompanined by an explana ory talk.

Tickets, at fifty cents each, may be had at the rooms of the Social Union, 42 Brattle street.
