Harvard-Yale Athletics.

It was reported from New Haven yesterday that since Harvard and Yale had failed to reach an agreement in regard to a boat race next spring, and as Harvard had refused to meet Yale in one branch of sport without the others, the proposed renewal of athletic relations between the two universities has been given up.

Nothing has been given out in regard to Harvard's attitude in the matter. Professor Beale, chairman of the Athletic Committee, will, however, give out an official statement in about a week.
