The track committee of the University of Pennsylvania has decided to hold an intercollegiate athletic meeting on Franklin Field April 24. There will be a five-mile championship race, open to teams of five men from all colleges, and a mile championship race, open to teams of four men. In addition to these races the various colleges entering will be grouped to compete against each other in mile team races, efforts being made to match colleges in which there is the greatest rivalry.
Harvard and Yale will probably send teams and it is considered quite probable that Princeton will also enter the championship event.
