Phi Beta Kappa Orator.

Hon. William L. Wilson, author of the tariff bill which bears his name, and at present the postmaster general of the United States, has accepted the invitation to deliver the Phi Beta Kappa oration before the members of that society in Sanders Theatre, commencement week.

Mr. Wilson will soon assume the presidency of Washington and Lee University at Lexington, Va.
